Candidate Relationship Management: To maintain our professional network, contact you about relevant opportunities, and manage your candidacy for positions.
Business Development: To communicate about our services, share industry insights, and respond to enquiries submitted through our website.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations in Singapore and India.
Website Operation: To maintain, improve, and secure our website, and to understand how visitors use our site.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Singapore (PDPA): We process your personal data based on your consent, or where processing is necessary for a purpose that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. Where we collect data from publicly available sources for executive search purposes, we rely on the business improvement and legitimate purpose exceptions under the PDPA.
India (DPDP Act): We process your digital personal data based on your consent, or for legitimate uses as defined under the DPDP Act, including processing necessary for the performance of services you have requested or for compliance with applicable law.
6. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:
Our Clients: Where you are a candidate for an executive search mandate, we will share relevant professional information with the client who has engaged us. We will always inform you before sharing your details with a specific client.

Professional Advisers: Legal, accounting, and compliance advisers where necessary.

Axentia Global operates across multiple jurisdictions in Asia. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the PDPA and DPDP Act, including contractual protections and assessment of the data protection standards in the receiving jurisdiction.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
Client engagement records: 7 years from the conclusion of the engagement.
Candidate records: 5 years from our last contact with you, unless you request earlier deletion.
Website analytics data: 24 months.
Contact form submissions: 3 years.
After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Your Rights
Under Singapore PDPA, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdraw your consent for any processing based on consent.

Under India DPDP Act, you have the right to:
